The Garden Plan
先讀完四幕，再回答問題。
On Friday afternoon, Mia’s class planned to plant seeds in small pots. They wanted to put the pots in the sunny school courtyard. Mia and Leo filled a tray with the pots and carried it towards the door.
Mia looked up at the dark clouds. The first drops of rain landed on the path. “Let’s move the pots under the porch roof,” she said. Leo pointed to a table there. Together, they carried the tray to the table.
Mia checked that every pot was safely under the roof. Then heavy rain began to fall. The ground outside became wet, but the pots stayed protected on the table. Leo smiled. “We can plant the seeds here.”
Before the bell rang, they finished planting. Mia wrote the date on a label for each pot. They would move the pots into the sunlight when the rain stopped.
